Extremely prompt to reply and had a technician out to check on my situation where I needed a garage door replaced. Provided several options for various price points to ensure they could meet my needs.

After the assessment, they set up the service date. Installation was thorough, on time, and exactly what was promised.

Top Fix were very communicative and flexible (I had to shift the service time from the initial appointment and they accommodated).

Honestly can't recommend them enough. They did a great job and were very friendly and knowledgeable the whole way. Thanks so much.

Great experience from start to finish. Very good communication. I received a beautiful new garage door, tracks and a modern garage door opener, expertly installed, at what I believe was a very good price. Never realized what a life changer a new garage door could be.

I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with Top Fix. From my initial inquiry and prompt response from Valentina to the actual repair work by David, every aspect of my interaction with them was outstanding! Communication was excellent and the quality and timeliness of the service exceeded my expectations. I have absolutely no hesitation in rating their service 5/5 and recommending them for any work you may need done on your garage door!

Elay is a very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient craftsman. He diagnosed the problem with our garage door and completed the repair within a couple of hours, all while clearly explaining our options. A pleasure to deal with. It's nice to come across a true professional in this day of mediocrity. Thanks Elay...

5/5 Stars – Outstanding Professionalism and Service!
I recently had my garage door and its entire mechanism replaced by Top Fix Service Group, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they proved to be an extremely professional organization.

Every aspect of the process was seamless:

Customer Service: Friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from the very first contact.

Installation: The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an absolutely fantastic job setting up the new door and mechanisms.

The entire team truly exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the job. If you are looking for top-tier garage door service, I highly recommend Top Fix Service Group!

Such an amazing company and experience top to bottom. Spring broke with my car stuck inside the garage. The tech arrived a few hours after I called, helped to get my car out, and didn’t sell us on anything we didn’t already know was an issue. We decided to buy a whole new door. It arrived and was installed within 4 days, and they haul the old door away!!! 100% would recommend!

Such great service at Top Fix. Issue with my door today and Eli came out and took care of things quickly and efficiently. I got my door through Top Fix a year ago and it has worked very well. I highly recommend Eli at Top Fix. Shout out to Valentina in the office. Very friendly and warm. Helps get things done quickly as well. Thank you all so much.
